Parcels are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving the order. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post on weekdays, Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Courier deliveries may take additional time during sales, holidays and extreme weather conditions.

If no one is available to receive your parcel on the delivery date, the courier will leave a collection card for you to claim your parcel at the nearest collection point. Please note that Australia Post will only leave your parcel at the address when it is deemed safe to do so.
