Q - Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! Free standard shipping applies to all domestic (within Australia only) orders over $40. Please check our Shipping & Delivery page for more information.  
Q - Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible and we'll try to help. However, please note that once your order has been forwarded to our delivery partner for shipping, we are unable to cancel the transaction. 
Q - What to do if an item is missing from my order?
Please note that the items in your order may be split into two (or more) parcel deliveries. Kindly check your inbox and spam folder for any additional tracking information. You may also reach out to us through our Contact Us page for further assistance. 
Q - What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at the moment. We kindly ask you to please check the items in your cart before placing an order and processing your payment. We are unable to provide refunds in case you change your mind about the product you bought. You can reach out to us for any questions before making a purchase. We'd be happy to assist you in selecting the best product for your skin type.
We always take precaution to double check each product before shipping. We try our best to ensure that you receive the products in perfect condition. However, we also understand that there are unforeseen events during delivery which may affect the state and quality of the products when you receive them.
If you receive the parcel box with damaged items, you can request for refund by following the steps below. Please make sure to contact us within 10 days of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot process a refund.

  2. Please indicate "Refund Request" and include your order number on the subject title. 
  3. Make sure to include your full name, describe the state of the product(s), and attach photos to show the extent of the damage.
We will get back to you as soon as possible and try our best to process your refund within 10 business days.
