Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of skincare products, we are unable to provide refunds in case you change your mind about the product you bought. You can reach out to us for any questions before making a purchase. We'd be happy to assist you in selecting the best product for your skin type.
We always take precaution to double check each product before shipping. We try our best to ensure that you receive the products in perfect condition. However, we also understand that there are unforeseen events during delivery which may affect the state and quality of the products when you receive them.
If you receive the parcel box with damaged and/or missing items, you can request for refund by following the steps below. Please make sure to contact us within 10 days of receipt. Otherwise, we cannot process a refund.

  2. Please indicate "Refund Request" and include your order number on the subject title. 
  3. Make sure to include your full name, describe the state of the product(s), and attach photos to show the extent of the damage.
We will get back to you as soon as possible and try our best to process your refund within 10 business days.
